Booking Policies

Sessions Atlanta is a members-only creative facility. To book at Sessions Atlanta you must be referred by an existing member.


  • Sessions Atlanta reserves the right to request a full non-refundable payment or a deposit. Payment in full is required for all multiple day bookings.


  • We offer lockouts at $2,200 for a 10 hour block. Any time that exceeds the initial session block is billed at a rate of $200 per hour. Our rate includes a Concierge (assistant) Engineer. Our lead engineer rate is available upon request.


  • Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation has been sent to the client or the client’s representative.
  • PO Bookings: Label PO’s need to be established and provided to Sessions Atlanta before the start of the session.
  • Credit Card Bookings: Credit Card Authorization forms must be filled out and returned prior to the start of the session. We reserve the right to require payment in full prior to the start of the session.

We require payment in full prior to the session start time. Label bookings using a P.O. must be established and provided prior to the session start time. For multiple day bookings, the balance is due at the beginning of the first booked day.

We currently accept the following methods of payment:

  • P.O.
  • Invoice: w/ credit card or wire option
  • Apple Pay
  • Zelle
  • Cash App
  • ACH or Wire
  • Major Credit Card
  • Cash

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time to be fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the session start time are subject to a kill fee of up to 50% of the session booking. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time.

Cancellations are only valid when communicated and confirmed with Sessions Atlanta management. Cancellations are not valid if communicated with Sessions Atlanta staff, interns, assistant engineers or engineers.

Bookings are not considered canceled until a written email or text is delivered by the booking party to Sessions Atlanta management. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation window, the client is subject to payment in full. It is the responsibility of the client to inform their entire team of cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who fail to show up to their session block will still be billed for the full time booked.

Refunds must be approved and communicated by Sessions Atlanta’s management and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be returned via the same method payment was received.

To ensure an elevated experience for artists, musicians, engineers, producers and staff, our maximum capacity for each of our Recording Suites is as follows:

  • Studio A maximum capacity: 12 people
  • Studio B maximum capacity: 12 people
  • Studio C maximum capacity: 8 people

Tours are provided by appointment only.

We highly recommend clients bring their own hard drive to transfer files at the end of each session. We are not responsible for unretrievable or missing files. Session files may be stored up to 7 days after the session booking. If available and upon request, files will only be sent digitally via

For the cleanliness and longevity of our equipment, as well as the health and well-being of our team, smoking tobacco products is not permitted anywhere inside of our facilities. If smoking occurs, Sessions management reserves the right to end the session. No refund will be issued and a $500 smoking mitigation fee per session per suite will be issued.

Clients are welcome to utilize our outdoor space to smoke.

Sessions Atlanta’s reputation for providing an elevated recording experience is fostered through our team of in-house engineers, mixers, and staff.

In some instances, we provide some of our services and resources through our large network of vetted subcontractors. This may include engineers, mixers, studio musicians, videographers, editors, producers, event coordinators, and more. Our network of subcontractors provide their own rates which are subject to change.  Rate changes will only be introduced to clients with reserved time slots or those that have received estimates that haven’t yet been accepted. Clients may proceed with the booking at the new rate or release their reservation.  Sessions Atlanta is not responsible for any changes in subcontractor pricing.
